I’ve been seen by both Brittney and Claire here and both experiences were out of this world. Brittney is the nicest person I’ve encountered while getting a facial. She has never made me feel bad about my skin. I had the hydra facial and my skin looked so glowy afterwards and it really helped it look less dull. She also helped layout a treatment plan for me to get prepared for an event that was suited for my sensitive skin I saw Claire for a massage and it literally changed my life. I’ve had chronic pain in my back and neck and she really worked diligently to help remove the tension from the areas. I have been unable to sleep on my side for months because of my neck pain and since she worked out the tension and knots I’ve been sleeping great! The woman that runs the desk is also incredibly kind, personable and understanding. I’ve genuinely never met someone who radiates such kindness at a studio. I’m so grateful that I found Refinery 21!

The aestheticians and staff at Refinery 21 are wonderful! I’ve been seeing Eliana for facials, peels and microneedling for several years and I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend this spa for all your facial needs!

First time I've ever had a facial and I can not wait until my next one! Brittney Ruff is amazing. The space was very relaxing and Brittney did a great job explaining everything. I have had facials in several different places in the Atlanta area and have never experienced the care and expertise that Eliana always gives! She is cutting edge, with her international background and always willing to share her knowledge with me! She is a true professional and my skin glows after her facials!
